London Public Library uses new eProcurement system for Wolf Performance Hall improvements

London Public Library is improving purchasing efficiencies by implementing the bids&tenders eProcurement platform. Library staff can now manage projects entirely online to streamline processes and communications. The library is utilizing its new system to execute plans for improving stage lighting trusses at Wolf Performance Hall, located within the Central Branch of the Library.

By implementing an eProcurement system, the Library is optimizing staff time and library budget’s so they can accomplish more with fewer resources. It was also important to have a system that facilitated remote work given the current global conditions. bids&tenders strengthens communication between procurement officials, user departments and contractors, and allows internal stakeholders to oversee projects remotely.

bids&tenders supports electronic submissions and ensures bids are 100 per cent compliant before accepting them. Once suppliers create an account, they can respond to requests for information (RFI), requests for quotations (RFQ), requests for proposals (RFP) and requests for tenders (RFT) online. Suppliers can also set up automatic notifications for addenda updates, schedule changes and relevant new opportunities.
