Northwest Council for Computer Education is saving time and resources with new procurement system

COEUR D’ALENE, IDAHO

The Northwest Council for Computer Education (NCCE) is improving its ability facilitate the competitive bidding process on behalf of schools and libraries through the Pacific Northwest by using the bids&tenders digital procurement platform.

Streamlining our processes will save us valuable time and resources that we can now reallocate to provide better customer service, said Eric Chambers, Direct of NCCE’s E-rate Program. “We're now able to expedite our projects faster and more efficiently, strengthening our ability to support our educators.”

Suppliers can digitally bid on new opportunities posted by NCCE on behalf of their schools and libraries, as well as hundreds of other organizations that are using bids&tenders by creating an account through their supplier portal at ncce.bidsandtenders.net. Once registered, suppliers can review and submit responses to requests for information (RFI), requests for quotations (RFQ), requests for proposals (RFP) and requests for tenders (RFT).
