The bids&tenders support system begins at implementation, and never stops. We offer assistance with:

Support is available through an advanced ticketing system, but if you're not sure about sending a ticket you can email our support staff for assistance.
We strongly encourage submitting an online support request ticket to facilitate more efficient communication between you and our support team. Once you have a ticket, you are able to monitor your request and be notified of any status changes. If you are unsure about using the support system, email us and we can create a ticket for you. If you choose to call, please provide as much detail as possible so our support team can address the issue quickly. We are open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
