Contract Builder & eSignatures

The Contract Builder add-on to bids&tenders allows you to upload contracts to the system and authorize them with digital signatures. With this add-on module, your organization can:

  • Remove the number of printed packages needed for contract executions
  • Move the signature and approval of contracts completely online
  • Keep track of contracts in one central spot
  • Have complete visibility into the execution process to enable faster contract execution

By adding the Contract Builder module to your bids&tenders package, you'll also get access to future updates, including contract building capabilities and templates. 

Once Contract Builder is active, you'll see the module appear in your dashboard. This dashboard tracks active and past contracts, and shows the status of each document and signature. 

With Contract Builder, You Can

  • Upload existing contract documents (Word, PDF, Excel. etc.)

  • Assign a signature workflow for digital signatures

  • Automated notifications delivered to recipients on signing status

  • Reminder emails can be sent to workflow recipients

  • Customizable options to add to documents, like drop down fields, check boxes, initials, date/time stamps, etc.
