Contract Builder with DocuSign

The Contract Builder add-on to bids&tenders allows you to upload documents to the system and authorize them with digital signatures through DocuSign. With this add-on module, your organization can:

  • Remove the number of printed packages needed for contract executions
  • Move the signature and approval of contracts completely online
  • Keep track of contracts in one central spot
  • Have complete visibility into the execution process to enable faster contract execution
  • Can be used for any documents associated with your contract (purchase orders, award letters)

Once Contract Builder is active, you will have access to a contract builder dashboard available in your control panel. This dashboard tracks your envelope usage and allows you to filter by envelope status. 

With Contract Builder, You Can

  • Upload existing contract documents (Word, PDF, Excel. etc.)

  • Assign a signature workflow for digital signatures

  • Automated notifications delivered to recipients on signing status

  • Reminder emails can be sent to workflow recipients

  • Customizable options to add to documents, like drop down fields, check boxes, initials, date/time stamps, etc.
